![]() That, and I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of bizarre and borderline-obsessive lighting profiles the community comes up with. Although the program is still in early access, I'm both pleased with how well it's turned out so far and hopeful that Logitech continues to refine it before it replaces LGS entirely. It's also a little more difficult to use, and potentially more difficult to navigate. G Hub is much prettier than the Logitech Gaming Software, and offers more nuanced options. ![]() But if you take some time to set up these options now, you'll be able to take full advantage of them as the program evolves. At present, it's not entirely clear how to search for and download content from other users. Logitech will review it and upload it - somewhere. Then, click the Share button below the profile you want to upload. If you want to share a mouse, keyboard or headset profile you've created, simply access the profile selection menu (again, you can do this by clicking on the blue profile name in the top center of G Hub). What is Logitech G HUB In our brand new weekly series focusing on how to get the most out of your Logitech G gear, Louise talks to Logitech Gs Andrew Coonrad explains this powerful. From there, you'll have to enter a name, email address and password. To create a user profile, click on the small person-shaped icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. The Logitech Gaming Software was a totally solo affair, but G Hub lets you share your creations with your friends and rivals - as well as total strangers on the internet. really made for a great first impression.(Image credit: Marshall Honorof/Tom's Guide) G HUB is a new software platform from Logitech G that lets you fine-tune. Since 2019 however all new Logitech peripherals have used Logitech G Hub, which is generally a slicker experience than its predecessor, though the configuration. Ps: almost forgot, GHub failed to import most of my profiles from LGS, it only imported like 10 or so out of two dozen or so. 25k 20 The Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) contains a built-in script editor. There's a good chance i'll go switch to LGS 3 OTay Somer 9:09am Great thanks for the input. Uninstalling Ghub and reinstalling Logitech Gaming Software seemed to cure the problem. The only thing i might like more with GHub is how they merged the various macro-features, although i didn't thoroughly test them yet. Ghub was causing my wheels anti-overheat system to kick in even when the wheel was cold, meaning that I lost my FFB gain regularly while in the middle of races. GHub is form over function imo, they thought more about making it look good than making it a pleasant user experience. With LGS you can easily understand what functions it has and where to find the one's you're looking for at a quick glance, the UI is very clear, not so with GHub it's terrible in that department. Logitech G HUB Advanced Gaming Software - UK. en My Account Free express delivery on orders over £99. Profile handling is also unintuitive and strangely almost hidden away deep in the ui. Logitech G HUB is new software to help you get the most out of your gear. LGS works for everything but the flightstick (and sound and headset), but it also can't be remapped via GHub, so. got a G402 mouse, a G213 and a G915 keyboard and an Attack3 Flightstick (also sound system and headset by logitech huh.anyways.). Tried it out, uninstalled, and went back to LGS.ĭecided to try it out a week ago and compared to LGS i fail to see any benefits. It's missing key features that made LGS good. GHub allows you to custom calibrate your mouse by doing a figure 8 on your pad, but it lacks the option to set the mouse to custom calibrate to your proprietary Logitech pad (I use a G440 hard pad, and all I had to do in the LGS was select that preset and I was good to go). This is important for me because I don't want to accidentally tap a DPI shift button while playing a game and suddenly be aiming super fast or super slow. ![]() In LGS you can set one DPI and eliminate all other shift points. Logitech G Hub is described as Logitech G obsesses over every detail to give you winning gaming devicesmice, keyboards, headsets, racing wheel and controllers. I didn't see a way to disable the AMOUNT of DPI shift points I wanted in GHub. GHub touts the ability to download and install new lighting animations from users but I saw this nowhere in the UI Several keyboard lighting animation loops built into LGS (Bleep Bloop for example, my favorite) are completely missing from G-Hub
